Read: Jeremiah 31:31-34, Hebrews 9:11-15
Reflect: : Jeremiah foresaw the need for a New Covenant
that put the law in the hearts of the people so they all know God, and the
author of Hebrews says the blood of Christ, which sealed that New Covenant,
replaces blood sacrifice in the Tabernacle and purifies our conscience to worship
the living God. What worship practice helps you understand the law in your
heart and feel closer to God? Can you think of ways you could grow in that
understanding and closeness?

Pray: Heavenly Father, thank you for
loving your covenant people so much that you sent your Son to die for us. Seal
in me a desire to worship you joyfully and share the triumphant message of
salvation with the world. Amen.
